Desi Echavarrie, Master Sommelier will take you on a tour of Napa's smallest producers that rarely make it out of California. Members will have access to unique wines of interest that many will never have the opportunity to encounter. Master Sommelier, Desi had his first apprenticeship at Mary Elaine's in Scottsdale. From there he has been at many fine establishments including Picasso, The Bellagio, Wynn-Las Vegas and most recently The French Laundry. Along with many impressive accolades, Desi is now co-owner of Scale wine group which focuses on small production wines. The evening's wine selections will be complimented by an artfully designed meal from the culinary team. Space is limited to 80 attendees. All non-alcoholic beverages and wine included. All other beer and liquor charges based on consumption. Adult only event, 21 and over.
