Yoga Flow with Nikou
Saturday, November 14 | 10:30-11:30am | All levels welcome | Complimentary
Join Nikou for a one hour yoga flow at the Desert Spring Park Lake. Yoga mat and mask required, may be removed once on your mat. Carbon 38 hats and backpacks will be gifted to all attendees as well as designer masks donated by @masks4bloodcancer. Please bring your mat and a light sweater in case of cool weather.
