Yoga Flow + Live Deejay + Juice Bar

This energizing outdoor class will offer a Vinyasa flow with upbeat music from a live deejay. You will incorporate the breath with a series of yoga postures designed to move from one posture to another carried by the music. Stretch and lengthen your body while you enjoy the spectacular view of the McDowell mountains.  Modifications and variations will be offered throughout this all levels yoga flow. Class begins at 8:00am. Stay after class and  enjoy fresh, local pressed juices from Kaleidoscope in the Members' Welcome Week Lounge. Yoga mat will be provided. Reservations required.

Members welcome to join after yoga from 9:00-10:00am for juice bar without reservation.
