Join us for a guided meditation accompanied by a live soundscape of crystal alchemy bowls, drums, flute, chimes and various sound instruments from around the world. A combination of breath work, meditation, restorative poses, raw vibrational sound and aromatherapy. It's an inward cosmic stir! A calming journey of sound and scent. Participants are gently guided through sound, which offers our body the prompt to relax and let go so they may more easily access the meditative state.
