Our bodies are shaped by the experiences we have in life, and it's our ability to integrate these experiences that determine our state of health. When we are unable to integrate and adapt to life stressors, our minds and bodies become tense, restricted, and less than optimal. In this one-hour workshop, we will explore how your health is a direct reflection of your mind-body connection. We will teach you how to integrate stored tension, traumas, and experiences that may be holding you back from expressing your greatest self. As well as provide strategies to become more adaptable, and resilient while staying calm, grounded, and centered. Our intention is for you to leave with a deep understanding of your nerve system while providing you with the tools, resources, and strategies you need to transform your health from the inside out.
