Cancellation of reservations for Club events will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the event start date without any charges. Members canceling reservations within 72 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the event fee. If a reservation is taken for an event and the member and/or guests do not attend and do not call to cancel, the member account will be charged 100% of the reserved event fees. Please do not make reservations for other members. All members must make their own reservations.
