Sound Journey is a meditative acoustic sound 'concert' that envokes a state of deep relaxation, activating the body's own natural system of self-healing. A source of comfort, an opportunity to unwind, ground, rest and be. Elements of stillness, invite balance and an opportunity to replenish our restless nervous system. Reservations required.
