Fridays | 9:00-10:00am | $15 per class | Main Pool 
This Water Fitness class is a low impact, high intensity cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout. You will experience multi-directional resistance training that aids in increased range of motion in your joints and enhanced flexibility. The buoyancy of water gives your body greater freedom to do some exercises that you may not be able to perform on land.

Come experience the renewal of your mind and your muscles.  All levels welcome. Space is limited to 10ppl. 

Instructor: Wendy Hartley
 
Wendy is a certified mind/body instructor both on land and in the pool. Over the last three decades, she has crafted her art from workplace wellness to luxury spas and gyms.
 
Her goal is to guide people to reach their next level of fitness and freedom. With Wendy, you will receive inspiring instruction and come out of the pool or off the mat feeling empowered to take on the day in a new way.
