Every Tuesday | 10:00-10:50am | Class Participants must be 16+
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Each attendee will be provided a TRX performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. Throughout the class we will be implementing stretching movements for a complete full body workout. All fitness levels welcome!

Cost: $20 drop-in OR $160 for monthly unlimited
(excluding Self Care Saturdays)
