Wellness Event: Posture Clinic with Dr. Stuart
Saturday, December 16 | 9:30am-12:00pm | Complimentary Event
A Modern Twist on Old Fashion Wisdom
- Sit up straight! Don't slouch! This is a commonly used phrase you might of heard at some point in your life. Understanding posture and why it's important is critical in today's society. The increase in injuries and surgeries has led to an outcry in the healthcare system with more questions than answers. Posture plays an important role as it is the most effective way to correct aches and pains that you may have. Most injuries and surgeries are preventable but many individuals don't know what to do to avoid them. That's where the posture clinic will help assist with movements that are beneficial to incorporate in your daily routine.
Dr. Stuart Krick from Scottsdale Sport & Spine will be facilitating a complimentary workshop on posture and the effects it has on our bodies as it relates to rotational activities (i.e. golf, pickleball). Come and find out common characteristics and how to fix them in rotational activities. During the clinic he will identify the most common injuries with inducing mechanics (what your body is doing wrong) and ways to fix them quickly! He will also be going over certain techniques and positions that lead to physical breakdown of our muscles, joints, and fascia. All those that attend will receive a special discount for evaluation and treatment at a future date using today's state-of-art technology to get you healed faster and pain free. Hope to see you there!
