Every Sunday | 5:30-6:30pm | Class Participants must be 16+
This perfectly paced yoga class will offer students a balance of mellow, fluid sequencing; accompanied by a more meditative and breath-focused style instruction. It will include Yin postures to open the hips and shoulders, encouraging students to relax and release the body & mind. You will leave class feeling calm and relaxed.
Cost: $20 drop-in OR $160 for monthly unlimited
