TRX & Kettlebells

Build strength without the bulk with this combo class uses TRX straps and kettlebells involving several muscle groups at once. This class is a highly effective way to give your arms, legs, and abs a great workout in a short amount of time. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses
body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Each attendee will be provided a TRX performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. Throughout the class we will be implementing stretching movements for a complete full body workout. All fitness levels welcome!
Cost: $20 drop-in OR $160 for monthly unlimited
