Self Care Saturday - Yoga

Join us for a 60-minute yoga flow with visiting wellness guide, Tawny Calvet followed by a 30-minute guided journaling session. Tawny began her yoga journey and fell in love with the way it transformed her entire state of well-being. On a lifelong quest to optimize wellness for herself and others, she discovered yoga as a pathway to quiet the mind, soften the heart, and share her truest self. Tawny will lead the class through a soulful vinyasa flow designed to ground and open while exploring the body's core strength in new and challenging ways!
We encourage attendees to arrive at least 10 mins prior to the start of class. Members are welcome to sign-up a guest to attend the class with you.
