Modifications will be offered throughout this all-levels Yoga flow. This class offers a dynamic Vinyasa flow that will provide challenges for those with experience as well as accessible options for those newer to the practice. You will incorporate the breath with a series of postures designed to calm your mind and stretch your body. All levels are welcome!
Class Participants must be 16+ | $20 drop-in OR $160 for monthly unlimited | Registration required 24 hours in advance to participate.
