Focuses on releasing tension in your muscle groups, enhance flexibility and increase range of motion in order to lengthen the muscles that have been over tightened and/or shortened. Utilizing foam roller and balls, to reduce joint pain and muscle tension with bodywork techniques that restore, balance and rehydrate the body.
