If you are new to TRX, the class will be an excellent starting point. TRX 101 will show you the basic techniques as well as teach you variations for different fitness levels. TRX Suspension Training is a type of total-body resistance that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and joint stability, all while preventing injuries.
