Modifications will be offered throughout this all levels yoga flow. This class offers a dynamic Vinyasa flow that will provide challenges for those with experience as well as accessible options for those newer to the practice. Honor your body, practice at your own level, and learn options for moving forward. You will incorporate the breath with a series of yoga postures designed to calm your mind while you stretch and lengthen your body. All levels.
