SWIM CLINIC: FLIP TURNS & OPEN TURNS
Thursday| 7:00-8:00am| The Lap Pool| Swim Attire | $15 per person
Learn the proper concepts and motions that go into a good flip turn or open turn. First half of clinic you will perform drills that will teach you proper alignment in flip turns for Freestyle and Backstroke; second half of clinic you will practice drills in open turns for Butterfly and Breast-stroke. Analysis and critique will be given throughout the clinic. This clinic is for moderate to advanced swimmers.
