The first half of this power packed class incorporates a variety of creative movements that are designed to build strength, improve balance and challenge you. The second half of this class will focus on releasing tension in your muscle groups, enhance flexibility and increase range of motion in order to lengthen the muscles that have been over tightened and/or shortened. Designed for all fitness levels.
