SWIM CLINIC: FUNDAMENTALS OF FREESTYLE AND BREASTROKE
TUESDAY| 9:00-10:00am | The Lap Pool| Swim Attire | $15 per person
Swimmers will learn the essential skills needed to achieve a
highly proficient Freestyle and Breaststroke.
For the freestyle stroke you will learn about timing and kick, neutral body and
head positioning and establish high elbows. For the breaststroke, you will learn the snap and kick, rhythm and
timing and body undulation technique. You will leave with a better
understanding of technique and form so you have a more seamless and powerful
transition into each of these strokes.
