In this swim clinic, you will learn the essentials needed to perform the freestyle stroke. Although there are a lot of fast and efficient ways to swim freestyle, many errors can result in a decrease in speed and exerting more energy than needed. If you feel you've hit a plateau in your swim routine and need a little tweaking, this swim clinic is for you!
