If you are an advanced golfer or new to the game, this 60 minute workshop will give you the fitness tools you need to gain more speed, power and direction. Since golf incorporates a lot of rotational movement in the hips, core and shoulders, it is important to train in order to optimize ones playing skills and reduce the risk of injury by lifting weights. Since golf is an explosive sport, it is important to develop core strength, speed through flexibility and have strong legs. This class will take each of these elements into account and teach you exercises that will focus on developing these areas.
