This unique style of yoga uses light weights, plyometrics, cardio and yoga based movements to sculpt the body from head to toe! This workshop will teach you ways to modify these fitness-based movements for all fitness levels as well as teach you fun yoga movements that you can incorporate in your own yoga practice to tone and sculpt the muscles in a different way. Yoga Sculpt will keep the muscles guessing and leave you feeling calmer, stronger and refreshed. It’s a great way to encompass fitness and yoga in one and take your yoga practice to the next level!
